For the health and safety of our team, do not donate any supplies, boxes, packaging, or other materials that have come into contact with fecal matter or show any signs of contamination.

New pouching systems (adult or pediatric) for colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy.

• 1-piece drainable pouches (flat or convex)

• 1-piece closed-end pouches (flat or convex)

• 2-piece skin barriers (flat or convex)

• 2-piece drainable pouches (clamp or velcro closure)

• 2-piece closed-end pouches

Unused and unexpired ostomy accessories are also needed.

We know shipping can be expensive. Please check expiration dates before packing your donation, and do not send expired supplies. Expiration dates can be found on the original product packaging.

If a product has been opened and used, please do not send it. This includes ostomy deodorant, stoma paste, sprays, powders, creams, and other accessories.

Please do not send loose items or supplies removed from their original packaging, even if they have never been used. This helps us verify the condition and integrity of the products we distribute.

Store ostomy supplies in a clean, dry, climate-controlled environment. Avoid garages, sheds, attics, vehicles, and other areas exposed to heat or cold. Extreme temperatures can damage adhesives and compromise product performance.

Please do not pack supplies too tightly, as crushing, consolidating, or compressing them can damage the products. For packages weighing more than 10 pounds, please use a sturdy cardboard box to help protect the contents in transit.

Donors are responsible for determining the value of non-cash contributions for tax purposes. Please keep an itemized list of donated supplies for your records. You do not need to send us a copy.

If you’d like a tax receipt for your donation, please provide your full name, mailing address, and email address. Please allow up to 30 days for us to issue your receipt. For questions about deducting non-cash charitable contributions, refer to IRS Publication 526 or consult your tax advisor.
