Donate ostomy supplies to Kindred Box

We are cutting medical waste by sending surplus supplies to those who need them most. Both humanity and the environment are better because of your donation.

STEP 3: EXPIRATION DATES

We know how expensive shipping can be. To reduce costs, please avoid sending expired supplies. Expiration dates are listed on the original packaging.

STEP 4: HOW TO PACK

To avoid damage during transit, please leave items in their original packaging. Consolidating supplies too tightly can damage products. For packages over 10 pounds, please use a sturdy cardboard box.

STEP 5: KEEP A RECORD

The Internal Revenue Code requires the donor (not the charity receiving the gift) to estimate the value of non-cash contributions. Keep an itemized list for your records.

STEP 6: TAX RECEIPT

If you’d like a tax receipt, please include a note with your full name, mailing address, and email address. Please allow up to 30 days for the receipt to arrive. If you have questions about itemizing non-cash gifts for tax purposes, please refer to IRS Publication 526 or contact your tax advisor.
